This capital market background gives David an edge when it comes to helping clients with their commercial real estate financing needs.

Working with a variety of lenders, David has brokered hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate loans for most property types using a variety of loan products customized to the purchaser’s individual investment strategy, including conventional, CMBS, construction, bridge, mezzanine, private equity and SBA financing.
