David has been in the commercial real estate lending market since 2003. Before becoming a commercial real estate lender, David worked as an open outcry futures trader on the floor of the Montreal Exchange
trading 10 year government bonds and bankers acceptances. After the open outcry trading pits went to an electronic platform, David helped set up a derivatives department with a major financial institution in Toronto, Canada. This capital market background gives David an edge when it comes to helping clients with their commercial real estate financing needs.
Working with a variety of lenders, David has brokered hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate loans for most property types using a variety of loan products customized to the purchaser’s individual investment strategy, including conventional, CMBS, construction, bridge, mezzanine, private equity and SBA financing.
David has also been involved in the syndication of commercial real estate and raising capital through private offering memorandums. David enjoys the uniqueness of each transaction and the challenges that sometimes arise so that he can use his outside the box thinking to get to the end result…a funded loan and a happy client.
David enjoys golf, ice hockey, softball and experiencing the geographic and cultural diversities of the United States while traveling in his RV with his family.
David co-founded “Golf Fore Autism” Charity Golf Tournament with Jeff Thomas in 2014, and has served on B.I.A.N.C.A.’s Board of Directors ever since.

Kimberly Tullis is a successful residential interior designer in Southern California. She is an ASID Allied designer, and the proud owner of KT Home Designs.
Her heart truly shines when she is helping others. When Kimberly’s two children were in elementary school, her neighbor had a son on the autism spectrum; Kimberly learned the struggles parents have and saw first-hand how much of a difference can be made with the necessary resources. She came to B. I. A. N. C. A. because she wants to help us provide these resources to many others like her neighbor.
Kimberly was born and raised in San Diego. She enjoys spending time with her family, hosting events in her home, hiking, and traveling the world with her fiancé.
